A code that failed is the most useful thing you can send us
An editor reads every entry before it airs, and an editor reads this form. If something was refused at a checkout, this is the quickest way to get it looked at — we work through reports the same working day and pull anything that has stopped working.
nimra@priceymonk.com
Code reports, takedown requests, retailers, press and data requests all arrive at the same desk.
Actioned the same working day
If you own a brand or a photograph and want something removed, say which page. We take it down while we look into it — no reason needed, no form to fill in.
Check the end date first
Most codes stop working because the shop’s own promotion ended. The end date is printed on every entry. If the entry is still on air and the code was refused anyway, that is exactly what we want to hear about.
How we checkWhat happens to your message
It arrives at nimra@priceymonk.com and is read by the person who runs the channel. Reports of a code that failed go on the running order for that day. Takedown requests from a brand, a photographer or a network are actioned first and discussed afterwards, and we do not ask for a reason. Everything else is answered inside one working day.
The address you write from is used to reply to you and for nothing else. It is not added to the newsletter, and it is never passed on. The privacy notice sets out how long a message is kept.
