1. Who you are dealing with
priceymonk.com is published by Nimra Suhaib, 2110 Rockport St, Windsor, Ontario, Canada (“PriceyMonk”, “we”, “us”). Contact details are in the imprint.
2. What this site is, and is not
PriceyMonk is an editorial index of discount codes and sale offers published by third-party retailers. It is not a shop. We sell nothing, hold no stock, take no payment and are not party to any contract you form with a retailer. Every purchase is between you and that shop, governed by its terms and its returns policy.
3. Offers, codes and end dates
Offers come from retailers’ own affiliate feeds and are printed with the end date and conditions the retailer published. A shop may change or withdraw a promotion at any moment without telling us, so a card can be refused at a checkout even while it is still on air here. The wording at the shop’s own checkout governs. We give no warranty that any code will be accepted or that any stated saving will be applied.
4. Using the site
You may read, print and share pages for your own use. You may not scrape the site systematically, republish substantial parts of it, present it as your own, or use it to build a competing index. You may not attempt to interfere with the site, probe it for weaknesses, or send it automated traffic at a volume that degrades it for other people.
5. Sponsorship
We are paid commission by retailers when a reader follows an offer from here and buys. This is set out in full in the sponsorship notice. It does not change your price and does not buy a shop a place in the running order.
6. Trademarks and third-party names
Retailers’ names, brands and marks belong to their owners and are used here solely to identify whose offer is whose, which is nominative fair use. Nothing here implies affiliation with, sponsorship by or endorsement from any retailer listed. The mark beside a shop’s name is our own typographic setting of that name in this channel’s typeface and is not a reproduction of anyone’s logo. If you own a mark and want its use changed or removed, write to us and it is dealt with the same working day.
7. Our own material
The design, the code, the editorial wording and the arrangement of this site are ours and protected by copyright. Offer text, terms and shop names remain the property of the retailers who wrote them.
8. Links out
We do not control the sites we link to and are not responsible for their content, their security, their prices or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
9. Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost savings, lost profit or lost data arising from use of this site or from any transaction with a retailer found through it. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Copyright complaints — DMCA
If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to the designated agent below containing: a signature, physical or electronic, of the owner or an authorised agent; identification of the work; identification of the material and where it sits on this site; your contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act.

Valid notices are acted on promptly, in practice the same working day. Counter-notices may be sent to the same agent. We keep a record of repeat infringers and remove material accordingly.
11. Changes
These terms may be revised. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date below tells you when it last moved.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applying there, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause removes a consumer protection you have under the law of the place you live.
